Awesome Double Progression Dance | Bases Loaded | A Bevy of Butterflies | Brimmer and May Reel | Catch a Falling Star
So how do I include one of my dances when I'm limiting myself to dances of others? By using the cheesy loophole of co-authored dances, which conveniently matches my best dance composition, the one that travelled well before hawking it on this website. It's also one that should have been written years ago.
Two star promenades and two swings. What more do you need to know?
Well, one thing is that it's not a beginner dance, rather an intermediate dance. There are no 16-beat recovery spots, and you do need to be aware of which side you need to get to. But it's still simple enough to fit into most contra dance series programs.
You're in luck! Instructions for this dance can be found right
here.
